What is Koli?
Koli is a creator support platform that lets fans support their favorite African creators through monthly subscriptions, one-time payments, and purchasing digital/physical products in Spaza.
How do I become a creator?
Sign up, choose "Creator" role, complete your profile with a username and bio, and you're ready to start accepting support from your fans!
How do payouts work?
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Payouts to add your bank account or PayPal. Withdrawals are processed within 5-7 business days.
What payment methods are supported?
We support Ozow (South Africa), PayPal (international), and mobile money options for African users.
What is Spaza?
Spaza is our marketplace where creators sell digital products (templates, presets, downloads) and physical items (merchandise, art).
How do I list products in Spaza?
Go to Dashboard > Products > Add Product. Upload your product details, price, cover image, and set it live!
What is Konnekt?
Konnekt connects your external platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Discord, GitHub) to automatically display your content on your Koli page.
How do I connect my platforms?
Go to Dashboard > Konnekt, click "Connect" next to any platform, and authorize. Your content will sync automatically.
What are tiers?
Tiers are subscription levels your fans can join. Default tiers: Koli Fan (R50), Koli Legend (R150), Koli Grandmaster (R500). Customize prices and benefits!
What is Koli Studio?
Koli Studio is our AI creative suite for generating images, music, voiceovers, and more. Access via Dashboard > Studio.
